Ashrafieh Tower extends over 92 m high and offer 21 apartments of 559 m² each as well as three floors of studios.

The project is located in one of the most residential and calm districts of Beirut, between Trabaud Street and Abdel Wahab Street.

The Residential Tower consists of:

The Ground floor: Porch, Entrance, Visitors’ parking and guard’s room.

24 Residential Floors. 560 sqm each.

6 Basements: the 1 st basement is technical and for the drivers rooms, while the 5 other basements are mainly for Parking and Cellars. 1,000 sqm each.

I really like how this tower doesnt have ugly balconies that stick out. Great progress I cant wait until it tops out and the exterior is fully complete, it will have an amazing position in the skyline.

I wonder how much it would cost to get an appartment in the upper floors.. it will have an unobstructed view to all the neighborhoods of Beirut unlike the waterfront appartment buildings where the hill of Achrafiyeh blocks a big section

Wow great view.. you can see in the first pic that Platinum Tower is higher than Monroe Hotel now.. that water front gonna kick ass when it's completed

I just wish they demolish the holiday inn and build a new tall hotel with the same name...i just wanna FORGET IT.

^^ ^^ maybe we should start a petition to Solidere to take action about the Ex Holiday Inn :)

they cant demolish it, if they do it will cost them big time (to many buildings near by and its quite big). Only way to go is through renovation

I love the new pics... I want to see updates of the actual building though, not just the view.
