love the design and the idea but uh....there's one tiny little problem ........where the hell in monot is this tower going to fit!!!!!! + the streets of monot are tooo narrow to hold a hotel (will cause killer traffic jams!!!!)....

maybe they're going to destroy some of the older architecture to replace it with this.
the design is alright, but why orange?

There are a couple large parking-lots available, however you it is important to note the narrow streets... I am hoping they demolish that bombed-out high rise right next to the overpass - that would be ideal.

I feel like the color only looks so orange in the rendering, but in reality I have a feeling it will be a lighter shade.

^^That only IF they decide to build it. Who's crazy enough to build in hotel in Beirut with the political crisis?

Its too massive for the area...when are we going to protect and have low rise areas? Beirut needs breathing spaces

exactly i think they should renovate the monot area and maybe turn one of the existing buildings into a hotel and maybe put in a few parks too
