Great design. Definitely one of my favorite 'low-rise' buildings in Dubai.

Never Built

I have bought a unit in this project and when I bought it in march 08, I was told construction had started. 2 months later I find out that this plot along with a few others in BBay has a fibreoptic wire or cable runs under it. So now, as of today, the plot has still not been handed over and Dheeraj & East Coast keep saying that it should get the plot soon. If anyone out there does have a unit in this mess, please PM me. I am tired of waiting for them to start as I have paid quite a lot in terms of premium for this unit.

I know for a fact that the plot hasn't been delivered. RERA should scrap this project as its hasn't started construction since DEC started selling this 2 years ago!

I invested in sanctuary. It seems DEC is just sitting on our money. will contact you. If there are others out there, we must get together & ask for this project to be officially cancelled & we must get a full refund.
