It seems the website www.1330parkavenue.com is no longer working... Does this mean the building is complete and sold out?

^^ Not necessarily. Maybe their subscription has expired.

^^ But by now construction must be complete, right?

The last update is more than five months old. If they continued works as scheduled, I'm pretty sure it has to be complete by now.

According to the latest Solidere Report, this project is now complete!
