The Capital Gardens, in the trendy Mina El Hosn area, is a luxurious residential project in one of the finest areas of Beirut central District.

It is surrounded by the most renowned touristic attractions of Beirut’s golden age, surrounded by the most distinguished Hotels in town like the Phoenicia, the St. Georges, the Grand Hyatt, the Four Seasons and the Hilton.

The seven story deluxe building also belongs to the Mina el Hosn New residential pole.

The Capital Gardens building embraces two blocks A & B with 5 typical floors, 23 apartments that can be merged, with a surface area ranging between 175 and 300m2.

PROJECT UPDATE from Mouawad Group:

Expected Delivery Date: May 2007

Last update: May-2007

+ The Capital Gardens Entrance of block B is in progress and will be completed around the mid of May.

Blocks A & B

+ Apartments in blocks A and B are already completed and delivered to their owners.
Site fences are expected to be dismantled by end of May.


Block A

+ Entrance was completed by the end of April.


Block B

+ Entrance is in progress and will be completed around the mid of May.

Is it just me or does the actual building look completly different than the renders? In the 1st posting (and the picture on the fence) there is a separation of the 2 buildings with glass and a space. This isnt the case in reality.

^^ If you look at post #4 from the middle of the pic to the right you'll see that it does match the render. The other pics show it partially from the side with the surrounding buildings which are not part of this project.. which is a bit confusing anyway
