"New Times Business Center" finally seems to approach completion and will make a nice addition to the rising skyline of Wuhan. With a height of 208m it surpassed "Zhongshang Guangchang" as the highest building of Wuchang District and is supposed to keep this title until "Polycultural Plaza" got topped out.

Isn't it against Fengshui to have a building directly facing the road?

So leave every plot facing a road unbuilt?

I think many Chinese cities get around with it by having turns, T junctions, and crosses in the middle of the city, and then build around the intersections. So they don't have the problem of having to leave empty spaces on road ends.
