7. I found the Open House website quite difficult to navigate which made it difficult to find out exactly what was open if you were unwilling to buy the information pack. It seemed almost designed to frustrate you into getting the guide. As a result I stuck with my familiar haunt (the square mile) because I was already familiar enough with buildings that I could pick them out of a list of names. If information was better presented I would in future venture further a field.

I found it easy to navigate. You just go to 'Buildings' (or something) choose borough and you get list of buildings and all info about them.

Very Good

The only frustrating thing was that is was prettyhard tofind out whay buildings were open unless you paid for the booklet. They had a little list on the website but it wasn't terribly easy to mavigate.

2. Both
3. Word of mouth
4. Other (internet)
5. Very good
6. Absolutely

I'd echo Fragmentors comments re lack of info on the website. Not all the venues had the booklet for sale which componded the frustration. By the time I got hold of one it was Saturday evening and I only had time to do one thing the following day. Grr!
