I assume your referring to the building on the left - I think it's Minister Court.

That's All Hallows-by-the-Tower, one of the oldest churches in London. First established in 675 -

Its one of my favorite churches in The City.Love it.Theres well-preserved tessellated Roman pavement in the crypt btw.
