No it's not, and while thousands move there each year, it gets worse and worse...I'd love to see the resevoirs that take care of Phoenix....probably worse

See those two blue towers on top of the hill? There are two more on the other side of the canyon. They're each a couple hundred feet tall. Those are the cableway crane system for the new bridge project and they carry 50-ton loads across the canyon.

Well, they collapsed in a wind storm in September. The road to the dam was closed a few days while they cleaned it up and the bridge project is delayed at least a couple months or more.
