Thats what I was thinking, but is that area still considered Ain Mreisseh?

I guess so,the exact location of the tower is clemenceau.

I took pics of this tower, I'll post them here if you guys are certain that this is actually the same building.

UPDATE: All our members who bought apartments from this tower have to prepare packing their equipment and stuff because they have removed the green covering!

^^ So I'm assuming by now this building is complete?

It would be really nice to see some pics of the tower now without the green and with a complete facade.

who takes these pictures from the sky? is someone going around in a helicopter snapping shots of beirut?

i'm sure that was a picture taken from an airplane. That's the view you would see when you land in Beirut

is the plot on the left of it developable land? coz the side of the building is a blank wall??? surely the architect expects a building to come up next to his...?

^^Yes,we discussed this issue earlier and we think that's the case.
