I was reading an article that Leica was coming out with a new Rangefinder camera, the M8 I believe. Apparently Rangefinders use some sort of very clever mechanism which allows the photographer to see through the lens without ever having the mirror mechanism block out the view when taking the lens. This system was on the previous Rangefinders too.

I know these cameras run about $4000 new, but maybe someone out there has used an older one. I'd like to hear more about it.:bowtie:
