How else would city be? But I do find most Chinese city hard to tell from one another besides Shenzhen,Shanghai,Beijing,Dalian and Qingdao

i even dont know nanning has a CBD, though i am a chinese:)
those are not built by goverment, just some private investment, some goverment investment , and some foreign investment.

China 's economy is booming ,China has huge population,so China needs a lots
of buildings.but they are not built only by goverment,most of them are built
by privates or foreign investors,you know,China is very opened to the world.
