DAMAC Properties, luxury lifestyle provider and the region's leading private sector developer, has launched its third project – ‘The Courtyard’, in Jordan at the Abdali master planned development. The company’s previous two projects, 'The Heights' and ‘The Lofts’ out of the company’s four projects worth US$150 million also within the stunning Abdali area of Amman were completely sold out in record time. 'The Heights' is a 35-storey tower, and ‘The Lofts’ is an 8-storey residential development adjacent to the tower.
“We are very confident about the Jordan market and are very pleased to have completely sold two out of our four projects in Jordan. Now we are delighted to unveil our third project – ‘The Courtyard’ to our customers in the country. These projects are true masterpieces as they exude grace and style and will stand out as one of the most luxurious and elegantly designed projects within Abdali, Amman's vibrant new downtown area,” said Peter Riddoch, CEO at DAMAC Properties.
‘The Courtyard’, a 9-storey project, offers one and two bedroom apartments plus lofts with open terraces on the upper floors and parking area at the basement. The retail stores are on the ground and mezzanine levels.
“Our presence in Abdali stems from our belief in the extremely vibrant and dynamic master plan that is due to become a true hub for business and tourism for many nationalities throughout the region and beyond. Our ambitious plan for Jordan includes a number of real estate ventures that we plan to unveil within the near future,” commented Riddoch. –
‘The Courtyard’ has temperature controlled pools sauna and jacuzzi within the development area along with a fully equipped gymnasium. In addition, the project has video phone entry, advanced cabling system for telephone and internet lines, standby generators and concierge services.
