Wow, great shots of the entrances & ground floor, looks almost completed. I wonder why the podium in front of the building lacks behind so much.. but obviously they can use the building without the podium being finished ^^

looks like normal entrance... nothing is wrong with it.

While the overall design is pretty interesting, with a rich mixture of shapes and volumes, I do agree that the main entrance (if that's the one shown) lacks hierarchy from the rest of the building.

Still I like the result!

Great structure but the entrance is too plain.

Предпроектное предложение является начальным этапом корректировки запроектированного «Комплекса аквапарка с гостинично-офисным зданием и апартаментами» с увеличением вместимости автостоянки объекта и изменением его функционального назначения.
Проектируемое здание включается в формирование первой линии невысоких объёмов ММДЦ (от 10-15 до 19-29 этажей), поднимающихся по спирали вдоль берега к западной оконечности СИТИ. Высотные здания центрального ядра комплекса, формируют второй план композиции. На проектируемом участке №4 60-ти этажное высотное гостинично-офисное здание уже построено.
Проектируемый объём решён в виде чаши со сдержанной асимметрией обводов и ступенчатым верхом, плавно расширяющейся кверху. Прямоугольная стилобатная часть (продолжение платформы, на которой расположено центральное ядро ММДЦ) композиционно противопоставлена мягким линиям основного объёма. «Чаша» оторвана от стилобатной части остеклённой «прослойкой».
В центральной зоне здания размещается многоярусная автостоянка на 1600 а/м (2-ярусная подземная парковка вместимостью 660 м/м и 9-ярусная надземная парковка на 940 а/м).
На первых 2-3 этажах запроектированы объекты обслуживания (рестораны, кафе, небольшие торговые залы). На 5-6 этажах размещена поликлиника. На 2,3 и 8-11 этажах запроектированы помещения галереи. Верхние этажи (с 7-го по 12-й) здания отданы под спортивные залы и дополнительные объекты общественного питания. На 4-ом и 12-ом этажах находится администрация службы эксплуатации комплекса.
На эксплуатируемых кровлях основного объёма и стилобата размещены спортивные площадки, летние кафе, сад скульптур.
Выполненные в натуре конструктивную сетку, железобетонные конструкции (фундаменты, балки, плиты перекрытия возведённых этажей) и коммуникационную структуру при реконструкции предлагается максимально сохранить.

А. надземная часть ------------------------------- 80 650 м.кв., в том числе:
- автостоянка ------------------------------------ 30 170 м.кв.;

Б. подземная часть -------------------------------- 21 450 м.кв.
Вместимость многоярусной автостоянки ----------- 1 600 м/м.
Этажность --------------------------------------- 13 (надземных)+ 2 (подземных)
