What this I hear about the 1910 Rosefriend Apartments being knocked down to be replaced by Ladd Tower? Is this going ahead? Isn't the Rosefriend an Historically Listed Building? Please inform me.

They had to redesign the Ladd. The building is basically the same, but they moved it back from the sidewalk by 27' in the new design. This was just approved 2 days ago.

And yes, the Rosefield is to be demolished very soon.

Thats terrible! shame they couldn't incorporate the Rosefriend into the new design.
