The 300-foot-tall, 26 story residential tower on the site of the Best Western Hotel Rosslyn will include 337 condominium units and 4,400 square feet of retail space.

The tower offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences priced from the $800,000s to more than $4 million. They range in size from over 1,500 to over 6,000 square feet and feature views from Key Bridge to Georgetown and sweeping vistas of the Potomac River.

I think there's also a penthouse for $6 million. I like the his/hers bathrooms and staff rooms.

Arlington has a lot of potential, it won't be affected like the far flung exurbs are which is great. It can and will thrive. The hard hit area of Crystal City after the brac announcements will recover too I think. It'll be a while, but it will recover and better than before.
