Hmm... I don't like the top. The façade is a bit dull. Lastly, I don't like the color scheme... not a good building. 3.0/10

I too don't like the facade, but that doesn't alone constitute it getting a bad rating. There are plenty of other buildings in the world with worst facades so I don't see why you guys are getting all riled up over this one. The massing of this building is perfect, mixed with the flaring crown make me like this building. I like the horizontal band of windows and the fact that this tower is cylindrical. I'm a sucker for these type of skyscrapers.

interesting diversion for skyscraper architecture. but they sorta went overboard with the design. the hat shaped conference center looks nice.

I think you are all ignoring its heritage, and the fact that no, this building is not the pretty, tall, and modern office block down the road from your suburb.

However, it is not trying to be pretty, or any of that. It is unique, and it is imposing.

I agree with those who've expressed positive comments about the building ... it has a certain character about it, the shape is okay, and the facade isn't that bad. In fact, it creates an almost wooden appearance, like a tribe hut, as mentioned by AcesHigh. Believe me, I've seen FAR worse.

Apparently nobody hear understands Africa. I think this building is a very exciting statement. The tower is truly African, and it represents the mystique of that continent.
