As you may have guessed, this is a European photo contest.

1. Only pictures of European states are allowed. To take for reference it includes all countries represented by European forums on skyscrapercity.

2. The contest will be renewed every two weeks. Older threads will be moved to the archive subsection.

3. Photoshoping is of course allowed.

4. This is the model all polls should be done on:

5. Contests will be done in two rounds, the five highest rated pictures then run against each others. In order to be elligible pictures have to be voted on at least 20 times.

6. This is both urban and "unurban". Pictures of landscapes and common life are totaly accepted.

7. 2 proposals per forumers only for each contest please.

8. As the forum manager and administrator I will remain neutral and abstain from voting.
