i think one will have a different opinion when they see the breezeway my themselves.

haha..hmm..that is not the only tree there..got other tree as well.

power point for the lanai is there, throughout the entire complex for the all unit. but duplex they will have water pipe outlet as well for their lanai.

unit 12? yes, you can see kg warisan view. this one taken from breezeway. unit 9 till 12 will be able to see kg warisan though...

you sure the lanai of the normal units dun hv drainage outlet? if so, then how to wash the lanai or if it rains, how does the water run off?

unit 12? yes, you can see kg warisan view. this one taken from breezeway. unit 9 till 12 will be able to see kg warisan though...

12 can see kg warisan, but it will be from the side view. your direct view will be the 4 mindef block. If you are high up, then half of KL is your view including batu caves:)

There is a small drainage hole. It is suppose to drain the rain water. Dont think Tan&Tan expect us to wash that area, more of mopping. If it does rain heavy, that would be a problem. You can ask your own contractor to drill an extra hole or 2

An there is no water pipe. So got to carry water from the yard:bash:

Spoke to Yasmin of Kondoservice, heres the regulation on pets.

1) The house rule & law says you are not allowed to have any pets except aquarium fish. This has been send out to all Jelatek & Lanai owners in the purple house rule book.

2) However, due to Request from residence & Malaysian owners mentality. Kondoservice will allow owners to have pets in the unit as long they are not a problem to Kondoservice Or neighbours.

3) Neighbours who complain will be taken note & Kondoservice will advise owners to remove their pets

4) Kondoservice will take action even if neighbours do not complain, when they find the pet a danger to general.

5) The pets should be kept indoor.

Pets issue that can be complain
- noisy
- smelly
- furry
- unhygenic
- litters around
- flees & ticks
- fierce (danger to childeren or adults)
- If the pets creates a health problem to neighbour or others.

So for those who plan to have pets around. Pls be considerate.:) cheeers
