Very Nice Liburni. Did you know that Albanian tourism is teamed up with the one in kosova and are working together to bring tourists to kosovo. So basically once our economy gets started that highway finished you will see alot more people driving and touring kosova than ever before. Our Finance Tourism educatin ministries have all signed agreements with Kosova. All the books that Albanian schools get Kosova schools will too along with Macedonia(A three way deal for Albanian speaking schools). Im very proud of our polititians the way they have dealt with the status. Were lobbying for Kosova all over Europe. In Poland president Moisiu made it clear that we want a free Kosova, and on the recent news on Top-Channel it said Albania ready for the Status of Kosova if they decide to declare Independence.

I think they are trying to formulate an identity of its own.
It would make those people reading it quiet curious, because chances are they have heard of the albanian culture, but maybe not of Kosovarian culture lol so you know:D.

I think the website is straight forward and easy to navigate.
Soon it will also be in Serbian. Three official languages: Albanian, English, Serbian.

BL, i dont see why you laugh about the language comment?
You do realise once Kosovo gets granted FULL Independence serbian wont even be an official language anymore, do you?
Of course, a new constitution will be drafted on languages so that will automatically remove serbian as an official language in Kosovo in the future.

It will probably be an official language only in the areas populated with serbs. It doesnt make sense to Have Serbian language applied to the whole territory. Kind of like the Albanian language in Macedonia.

Unless those Churches were build in Kosovo after the late 1500's they belong to Albanians as much as they belong to Serbs. Dont forget that we were once partof the Byzantine empire as well.

How nice. Is this statement supposed to prove that Kosovo is mature for independence? Is this part of those claims that "Serbs on Kosovo will have the highest rights that any minority ever had"? Maybe you don`t count right to use it's own language as essential one.

My albanian friends, ignore BL!

He think that Kosova is serbian, but everyone know that it is albanian. The only thing I worry if Kosova gets independence is your threathment of the minorities like bosniacs. I dont care what you do with serbs, everything is right to them after all they did but I really hope that you can threat us bosniacs well, because 2 % of Kosovas population is bosniacs.

Anyway BL:

Kosova is as much serbian, as China is serbian. Your government have no right in Kosova and the only thing you can do is to sit and watch while Kosova slowly and slowly are getting independence.

And for you BL: Kosovo je albansko!

Those outside things are for people to walk.

and can you guys fucking believe something...omy fucking god lol....I just came across a picture from the lil town i grew up in.

Its taken from the elementary school i went to for 8 years. My house used to be right below the hill from where the picture is taken, then there is another hill and those houses you see are from a different neighbourhood.

There was a story that somewhere in that valley there is a bell from a curch weighing 500 killos of gold. Its burried somewhere underneath.

I hid in those mounatins for 18 days during the war :D:D

entering my little town:
Right to the left there was a Serb who lived there, the only one in our town. His name was MILA. He had some great pears and apples, everytime wed pass by hed give us kids some. he spoke perfect albanian and i have no idea what happened with him after the war. When i visited this place last year, his house was abandoned. There was one other Serb who lived in this town. He lived all by himself for about 15 years coz his wife died. he was a cool dude. He died later on too and his grave is to the left of this road. He owned a cool machine that does something special to the corn before you plant it. The whole town took their corn and fixed it at his place. these two serbs were surrounded by albanians and there was never an incident. I take pride in that.

Depends what your taste is.
I personally dont find anything interesting about some church or mosque. People see churches everyday of their lives.

Prizren is really a beautiful place to be from a tourists point of view.

Like i said it allc omes down to taste. You seem to get worked up about churches thats fine i respect that.
I personally wouldnt go to another country to visit churches and mosques. Maybe they would be part of my visit but not the reason why i went there. The whole point of tourism is to see new places to meet new people, to see how those people live and how they interact with each other.

Everytime someone goes oversees they never bring stories of churches and mosques, they bring stories of the people they met.

Thank you guys!

no, please don't use that option, it's useless, the reports basically go down the drain, all because of an admin who thinks he knows how us mods do our job.
Anyway, do NOT use that option, send us PMs instead

Now, get back on the topic of why people would want to visit Kosovo.
At least Liburni knows why, so either you show more pictures and give opinions on Kosovarian tourist sights, or you stop your nationalist dreams, and that applies to both sides of the debate.
And please limit your posts eulogizing controversial military groups from both sides, whether it is rebels or an army
