The last major meet we had was back in early of this year. Usually we have a meet around this time just before Xmas.

I'm wondering who is interested in this meet? No date or place being proposed for now. Just curious of who likes the idea of social gathering.

It will be awesome to see new faces.

Yeah a meet is always good fun. During the week is hard for myself coming from the gong, then again weekends are busy. What time and place do you propose? Sunday afternoon/night is preferrable for me

It has a pretty good round lounge. Plus, there is a model underneath. Town Hall model room is closed in weekend.

Nah, the meet is usually on around evening. Say perhaps meeting at 4pm. Have a bit of discussion, then find a place to eat.

On the 16th I'm playing Cricket in Sydney, then going to a work Xmas party in Yallah. Most weekends I drive up friday night and back sunday night, sunday night is always the quietest time of the weekend.

The meet will start at 4pm at Customs House. You go to the main door and just next to the red reception desk, you'll see those old Victorian style chairs with a round table. We call it "the round table". Now, i'll be there and i guess the blokes who were there before will know what i'm talking about.

There we'll meet and greet and stuff like that.

Where shall we eat and drink?

Coming on my own. I'll give it some thought, besides catching up with a mate who moved up to Sydney last year, coming to the Meet, and running a lap of the Botanical Gardens on the Saturday morning I haven't really planned much. Just possibly wandering around aimlessly.EDIT: Have to check out Cul's Sydney model too.

Muse and Fabian had to leave early but the rest went from pub to pub all the way around The Rocks until we finally went to cityexpress at Circular Quay for a late coffee at 2am. Some of us got free Xmas gift from Anton. :D

g.m.n.y, i messeged you so many times but you didn't answer. i was keen to see you at the meet because you were so interested in coming along. Maybe in the weekends soon we can meet up along with some members, just to make it up for you.

Thanks Millux for organising last night, although I had to leave early to be friends at the Carols ( which was great :) ). The time I spent flew. It was good to catch up with all of you.

Customs House was pretty neat - I hadn't been inside before. Good to meet up with all you guys... didn't get to buy Anton a round 'cos I had to run from the Rocks down to Goulburn St to pull my car out of the parking station... good thing they closed a bit later than I expected!
