It looks so weird... If you look closely, it even looks bent at the top! As if it's leaning to the left!

^^ I guess it's just a visual effect. This render is a pic of the construction board i think. Or are you talking about the construction pic?
By the way I heard this tower is also known as "Okar Tower".

Al Seal is in the foreground...
But what's happening with the 44 Tower? Looks like some stuff is missing on it!

yeah, when i saw the render, i thought the yellow is a bit cheap, i mean a dark metallic colour would have been great.

still the traffic for city center on weekends is horrible.. and all of the public cannot park in the basement.. not even all employees.. just high officials...

^^ dont worry there will be more parking building to be built soon :) and the new towers (with there own parking buildings) will not disturbe the current crisis :D towers like albidda and navigation towers are great for the parking buildings....

well if there's going to be parking buildings, they should at least have proper pedestrian routes for us there.

well i see parking shortage.. i had been here today..
What you take for parking shortage has nothing to do with this tower...actually they installed a temporary parking lot right next for Urban Planning employees because their parking lot has been destroyed to give way to a brand new one. In the meantime they park in that area, with a shuttle service to their tower. How could you see parking shortage whereas this tower is still empty..lol...

^^ some people take a step forward? and look into the future ??? but still there are 6 parking buildings proposed for west bay with one for the UPDA tower and its close nieghboring towers....
