the view alone is worth maybe $200,000! You can take a water taxi to the SW Water Front and hop on the metro from there or catch one to Old Twon Alexandria. You're within walking distance to every conceivable thing you would need except maybe a furniture store. And with the outlets coming, that's even more reason to to have to drive. 3,000 square feet and a two car garage? If I had the money, I'd definitely buy.

Have you seen the site? You aren't going to see the water from where the townhouses are located...

I do believe you will see the water from the Manor Homes which is what I was referring to. Perhaps you'll see a sliver of the river from the $600k range townhomes. I do agree that the $499k townhomes are not facing the water at all.

I was trying to justify the $800k price tag for the manor homes.

Cool.

http://www.hawaiimagazine.com/images/content/Disney_first_Hawaii_resort_opening/DisneyResort%20Model.jpg This is the new Disney in Hawaii. I believe they said "Disney at National Harbor" is going to look similar. Hawaii's resort will have 350 rooms, and 480 vacation villas! "Disney at National Harbor" will have 500 rooms

Do you see the green spot below "Disney at National Harbor", it looks as if it has tree's on it. Well I believe that is Central Park!

Such a pity that Disney only wants to build a hotel at National Harbor, and not a theme park on the scale of its operations in Orlando, FL. That would have been the appropriate location.

Prince Georges County already has a theme park. I'm not sure building another one would do any good. How about improving the one they have already? Perhaps Disney and Six Flags can do a joint venture and have Disney add some attractions at Six Flags?
