Living there with a view of ships being worked on in the shipyard and watching cruise ships come and go, all while sitting on your porch smoking a fine hand rolled cigar. That, my friends, is what Tampa is all about.

It just goes to show that all you need is for the warehouse on Kennedy (far right of the panorama) to be replaced and "channelside" and "downtown" will be "connected"

Nope- that is the south side of Twiggs. I mean the south side of Kennedy. - also 2 story office buildings won't do the trick. Need some street retail - minimum of 3 stories in my view
