Mid Valley Gardens

Built along the Klang River in the Bangsar neighbourhood just outside the downtown of Kuala Lumpur, Mid Valley Gardens will become one of the highest density mixed-use developments in Asia.

Almost 3 million square feet of retail, 1500 hotel rooms, 3 million square feet of office, are planned for this site. Half of this is already built. We are adding Stage Two which will include two new office towers, two hotels, and dozens of restaurants all linked into a retail podium.

New gardens, boulevards, museum galleries, and ceremonial forecourts will create a vibrant civic space as part of this entire project. Links to the transit lines, monorail, and road system will make this one of the most accessible developments anywhere in Malaysia.

Melaka
DATARAN PAHLAWAN MELAKA
Official site (http://www.dataranpahlawan.com/)

The Harbour Wall at Dataran Pahlawan was where it all began
with Parameswara, Admiral Cheng Ho, the Melaka Sultanate, the Portuguese, the Dutch and England’s famous Sir Stamford Raffles. In modern times, it was followed by Tunku Abdul Rahman who declared the independence of Malaya, and recently, Tun Mahatir’s Vision 2020 Time Capsule. All of them left their footprints in Dataran Pahlawan. This unique historical site underlines Malaysia’s history of cultural diversity.

This development will ensure that the past will never be forgotten. Admiral Cheng Ho - a Chinese Muslim who commanded China’s famed Treasure Fleet of 62 vessels and 27,800 men.

Sir Stamford Raffles who founded Singapore, lived in Bandar Hilir and Melaka was his headquarters. He stopped A’Famosa from being demolished. A historian and naturalist, Sir Stamford Raffles was an avid collector of artifacts and specimens of flora and fauna found during his time.

Dataran Pahlawan will combine the sophistication and vibrancy of modern times with the legacy of our roots.
