You mast agree with me that this is the most original and beautiful skyscraper in the same time. want to hear your thoughts...
here are some details and pictures i found about him:

"with a height of 110m, is the most famous building of La Défense, it's the symbol of the parisian skyline (office skyline...)
The Arch was built in 1989 for the 200 years of the french revolution, it's one of Mitterand's "grands travaux" (with also the opera Bastille, the BNF...)
The Arch is the only building in La Défense with a skydeck (but only on the west side of the roof). From there you have a nice view on La Défense.
The Architect, Johan Otto Von Spreckelsen was almost unknown when he won this anonymous competition.
The Arche is not completly "in line" with the historic axis (louvre, arc-de triomphe), it's a bit inclined, to show the volume of the building.
The exterior faces are covered with 2800 special glass panel, those panels weight (and cost) the equivalent of a small car."

Hmmm.... maybe it's the pictures, or something, but I remember that I really used to like the arche. Now, it doesn't seem as glamorous as before. 7.0/10

Oaronuviss - Yes it's a 35 storey office building, not just a monument.

This is one of my favourite buildings in the world as there is no other building like it. I love the fact that the proportions are perfect (it has a height, length and depth of 110m) and the way the stairs complete the cube look. 10/10!

Based on the photos I've seen, I find this to be a bit overrated. I'm sure it looks much better in real life though.

One of the most incredible monuments in the world! I love the stairs that lead to the centre of it, and I love its sheer uniqueness and photogenic nature. I just don't think I like whats in the middle of it - it could be much better without it, but overall, its awesome!

Well, never liked it that much. It's not a skyscraper. BTW I hate this kind of net stuff inside the arch, it's useless and tends to get dirty, like the whole building. A deep Black color would have been far more impressive than this whitey crap.
