Are you sure its under construction--or simply proposed. This tower lacks originality and looks average to me.

This one is okay, but it couldnt have been better!

Thanks for the pics! I just hope it's only a proposal too. It looks like a combination of different existing styles without own identity. The spot right in front of city center deserves something way better!!
