KL Sentral (2012)
Project Overview
KL Sentral has been divided into 14 land parcels, each representing a different function that blends seamlessly with the rest of the development to present an organic and integrated city. Some of these lots have been fully constructed and are already in use, while others are either in the process of being built, or are still awaiting development, according to the phased programme.

Mid Valley City (2008)

Built along the Klang River in the Bangsar neighbourhood just outside the downtown of Kuala Lumpur, Mid Valley Gardens will become one of the highest density mixed-use developments in Asia.
Almost 3 million square feet of retail, 1500 hotel rooms, 3 million square feet of office, are planned for this site. Half of this is already built. We are adding Stage Two which will include two new office towers, two hotels, and dozens of restaurants all linked into a retail podium.
New gardens, boulevards, museum galleries, and ceremonial forecourts will create a vibrant civic space as part of this entire project. Links to the transit lines, monorail, and road system will make this one of the most accessible developments anywhere in Malaysia.

THEN:This montage of two photos taken in February this year show Block A101 (left) and Block B91 (right). The empty space between the two blocks was where the low-rise commercial-cum-residential H99 and J97 blocks once stood.
The second phase, which began in February, involved the demolition of Blocks A101 and B91.

NOW:: The same area now after Blocks A101 and B91 were demolished.
“The developer has already started soil tests at the site before starting earthworks.
