Started to put glass on facade. Also may be this buidling will be more then 33 floors, as they already completed 33 floors and extended cranes further. You never know it in Ukraine the final height of the building till it's completed:)

We think it's reached 35th level which is by 2 levels more then in project and they lifted cranes even more, so fingers crossed that it can reach 40th floor :)

Yes, they belonged to one company who has also built another office building nearby called Mandarin Plaza. However, this company has sold first tower (Parus) for $500 mln few years ago however it looks like they still had some money issues last year but all OK now.

First tower is about 135 m, second is just over 140 m.

Sorry one correction, the half of the company which owns these building was sold for 500 mln not the building itself. However, the cost of the first highrise was estimated to be 300 mln, and construction costed them only 100 mln. Second building is more expensive to build - 200 mln.

Location looks correct on that web-site.

what's the status on this building? it seems like construction / cladding has been on ice for the entire winter...

It's due to be completed next year including Shopping Mall which will have swimming pool on the roof. Yes, they almost froze construction last year due to financial problems but they are working full speed this year.
