See all the Youtube links you placed end with v=
after the v= you will find the code for this particular video
use this code, for example the Mandoza one
http://youtube.com/watch?v=3RmDuAMImNY

the same way you place images but instead of IMG you use youtube and /youtube between [ and ]
and you will see this
