LONDON, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Bahrain's Mumtalakat Holding Company has agreed to buy a 30 percent stake in McLaren, the Formula One team said in a statement on Tuesday.
McLaren said that under the new shareholding structure, Mercedes parent DaimlerChrysler would continue to hold 40 percent with team boss Ron Dennis and TAG Group (Holdings) 15 percent each.
Mumtalakat is wholly owned by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
