The Publix and Land&Sea counters offer a piss poor selection, either farm-raised salmon, tilapia, tuna, or catfish.
When I was in Toronto, I went to a seafood market that had a wonderful selection of fish and seafood, a lustful display of around 60 varieties of fish and alot of them came from Florida!!
So why is there a lack of variety in seafood and fresh fish markets in the Tampa area? We are the source of fish for many parts of the world.
Where can I go to get good fish?
