I took a walk trough the one and only real highrise city in the netherlands. The weather was bad, but i tried to make the best of it. I hope you enjoy these pictures.

The skyscrapers are cool, but I have always thought Rotterdam looked weird.

Despite the skyscrapers I think Rotterdam looks suburban.

That's probably the impression you get from the shopping street on the first picture (Lijnbaan) which indeed isn't urban at all.
It'll be revitalised in the next years. www.lijnbaanhoven.nl

Rotterdam my impression is- many bussines site
Also i think i see there pedestrian zone right?...look like somewhere in USA
Is there some historical monuments? post them too...

Rotterdam was completely bombed in the second world war. No hystoric monuments are there.
