What other developments are going on in Rio de Janeiro?

It looks ok. I don't really like that parking lot in front of it (or is it the back - doesn't really matter), they could cover it up, have a garden on its roof or something, even though the current idea is more practical. Other than that... it really looks like the best building in the skyline.

Aproveitei que hoje (26 de maio 2007) o dia estava bonito e o clima aqui no Rio de Janeiro ameno, e saí para tirar umas fotos do Ventura.

Ele já está se destacando no skyline da região, acredito que ficará melhor do que imaginava pois já estão colocando a fachada e ela é MUITO BONITA!

Esta foto é o angulo perfeito pega toda a imponencia do prédio, pena que estava no carro, com o sol contra e uma kombi azul passou na frente bem na hora....

Mal coube na foto....dá para perceber a fachada no primeiro andar, preciso ir na parte da manhã para que este lado da fachada esteja iluminado.

Hoje tive um tempo extra e resolvi tirar fotos do Ventura e dos edificios em construção na Peninsula.

Primeiro vou colocar as fotos do Ventura, ele já está no 27º Andar, a fachada lateral já está avançando rapidamente, também começara a instalar o revestimento na fachada de trás e na fachada principal. Além disso tambem começaram a fazer o revestimento interno no lobby.

I didn't know that the Ventura Corporate Tower is going to be constructed in two phases. Wi9ll the building be one skyscraper or two? Also, I don't think Rio de Janeiro has any other major projects.
