I like it but i think the marketing like Panoramic Views of the Waterfront maybe the usual marketing trick as it appears to me that there will be a tower opposite.

Funny how they say that the building will become a landmark. Imagine a tourist coming to Dubai and, of all the things it has to offer, they'd go see this building.
