this board for the quebec section at least has been dead for a while now for different reasons... one being bad "modding" a while back that drove everyone away.

Since this section is dead I don't really come here much anymore... If it was busier, I'd be here more often. As well I think the server problems had here made a lot of members leave.

It isn't that you're speaking about sovereignty, but it's the way you're speaking about it. Unlike malik, you're aggressive. You say 'Canada sucks and is America's bitch, Quebec is the best place on earth and everyone else in Canada is stupid' while malik actually has something to back up what he's saying.

It isn't what you're saying but how you say it. This forum is dying anyway, most Canadians are now regulars at ssp.

I don’t know why people would even argue about these issues over the internet. It’s not like anyone is changing. The way some people in this forum present themselves is shocking. More then hatred spewed by formers; I think it had more to do with ignorance from both side. The moderators did not turn their back; most of the things done were through private messages.

I asked to be replaced a long time ago, suggested another member from the Quebec Forum. There was a lot of opposition to that.

What this forum lacks is discussion. Unfortunately I am preoccupied with other things in life and only have time to make sure no one is trolling on this site.

Serge is very cool. If you talk to him on SSP, I am sure he will find a way to join in. Good luck with it.

I am also not able to get on SSP... seems I can get through registration, but the next page is of course always too busy and asks to be registered to view (well, that's what I'm trying to do)

So, either learn how to us the PM feature, or learn how to use the "report a post" feature, and voila!... problems will be handled within a few hours, sometimes sooner.

Nobody is there because somebody got all upset and told everybody that was there to go over to the ssp.

you also forget, that SSC was up and down very frequently and when it was up, things were extremely slow. No wonder people left and never came back.

I am the main Quebec mod, any report on the Quebec forum should go me. I only got one email requesting a ban on a former, and I brigged him.

One factor that drives most (not just Quebec forum members) but Canadian members away from SSC was that big website crash we experienced a few months ago, and considering that SSP has a well built Canadian sections; most members stayed there.

I have sent things to multiple mods at a time, and they don't reply, and apparently take no action. I've given up. I just ignore people now.

This thread is not going anywhere. I hope the answer "Why the pause" has been answered.
