As far as i know it's not been built up to date, in spite it has 2006 as the completion year. Never knew about this project, did anyone?

Gustavo creo que tiene el render de ese edificio, creo que nunca se construyó :S es chevere!

El diseño si no me equivoco es de una tipa que tambien participó en el diseño del Four Seasons Caracas pero no recuerdo su nombre ahora!
