Or it's spreading like mold spores on a piece of fruit...wait, maybe that's too overbearing.
The buildings would be much more decent-looking if the podium designs would conform to the entire building, they're really not that dull-looking (except for those firewalls:bash: ). I also think they should lose the curved balconies.

Dami na pala talagang mga nagawang condo at office building ang cityland, sa GT tower kasi workplace ko last week, at napansin ko nga na sa makati luma at bagong cityland buildings. Kaso un nga madami pero magkakamukha at d maganda design.

ewan ko pero second to the corinthian (coz of its excellent location of course), magaan din ang loob ko dito. dahil siguro malapit siya sa national library na pinupuntahan ko sa day off ko nung nagtatrabaho pa ako sa medical city.:) o baka lang like in the case of corinthian, i can feel that cityland somehow really mean it here when they put executive in the project's name. LOL!!

June 9th, 2007, 10:09 AM
cityland projects r really affordable. especially if one pays the whole amount in the pre-selling. :) me interest na kasi pag terms yung bayad.:ohno:
>>that's why IMHO, medyo naungusan lang sila ng konti (konti lang ha) by those who thought of no DP/extended DP. that's why i eventually got a unit in portovita. and if i had more spare money, i would have taken one in stamford as well. kumbaga for a small initial outlay, one already has one's foot in the door and one doesn't have to agonize about the unit's final price when the interest is added.
>>if cityland factors in these new schemes by their rivals when they think of new schemes for their future projects, that would be very interesting, indeed!! :) :) :)

Thanks for the pics! :)
Are those views of the bay? Facing the bay ba ang flat na nakuha mo?
What's that tall building there which seems to obstruct your view?
Mabuti na lang na hindi nila linagyan ng tiles na masyadong colourful like their Rada project.

By the way j.r., ok naman ba yung pagkabit ng mga fixtures like the bathroom faucets, pipes, etc.? pasensya na, if I ask a few questions...

Is it allowed to install grill partition on each side of a unit's balcony at the manila executive regency? Since the balconies of several units at manila executive regency and several cityland projects for that matter are interconnected, there is a concern about the privacy and safety of each unit's residents. Also, I noticed from the pictures that each unit is protected by windows which can be easily accessed by simply breaking the glasses. I firmly believe that affordability should not compromise safety and security.
