Its below freezing I think Hmmmmmm.....below freezing is below zero....I think the lowest temperature ever recorded in the Philippines is just 6 (six) degrees celsius (Baguio City)....wala pa pong temperature sa Philippines na umabot ng zero. AFAIK, its just that on some mountainous and heavily covered mossy-rainforest peaks of the country, a transient drop of temperature of until 5 degrees were claimed but no records have been set.
