This skyscraper has already been cancelled many years ago...

there was a similar design planed for india yes? Gosh whoever did those drawings in that picture is a little crazy

yeah i figured it had been cancelled. it looks to me like it was planned by some cult.
it was have to go down as one the the craziest ever non-builts.

It sure as hell is big but no offence it's also an ugly monstrosity. I'm sure that there are a few pockets of the city that are "atractive" but by and large the city doesn't appear to be blessed with good looks I'm afraid.
