I saw this billboard of a new tower on King Fahd road in Riyadh. That tower does not look that high but certainly good looking.

I'm not sure how many floors but I would say around 20.

It's located on the inersection of King Fahd Road and Washm Street.

I've been to Riyadh and Jeddah last month, I spent a week between the two cities which was not enough to observe the details on real estate activity in these cities. But, I agree with you it is highly active,, but when it comes to towers, 20's and 30's in floors.... mmm I notice two or three only in Riyadh. one of them Al Anoud, the other is close to Al Khuzama Hotel, dunno the name. In Jeddah I've seen the corniche projects, but I don't know much about them.

If you say that here is only 30% of the total projects, why can't we find them all? I read Saudi e-newspapers very often, but not that much is reported..

The source for this one is a fence with the picture of this tower and the developer on King Fahd Road. I don't know if the actual construction started or not but there were excavation work when I saw it on January.

and within the trip I notice there is alight on it and seems they were working in the light ( I think )

My friend its very far away from the steack house of either Oruba street or north side of riyadh,, its had been stopped working since more than six months ( the location is in the cross siction of Washem street with king Fahad road ) ,, I dont know what is the reason ,, i will take a phto in shaa allah :)
