I just wish the core was larger.

The core is actually quite a bit larger. My office at Mutual of Omaha is the center of the 2nd major urban center in Omaha. Just further west of my office is UNMC which is a HUGE hospital complex of towers. 11 new towers are on the drawing board for UNMC. I would love to see more tall buildings sticking up but urban Omaha from the ground is pretty extensive.

Sounds like Omaha is doin big things. It's nice to see the Great Plains' largest city step up to the plate.

When I lived in Wyoming, Omaha was always my half-way stop on my drive home to Milwaukee, and I've always liked it. Your pictures of this underrated city offer a great prespective. Omaha has some really great gritty neighborhoods, and a surprising bit of density. Keep up the good work.
