I'll repeat Zippers request the last i heard it was awaiting approval from historic scotland but that was ages ago is it going to end up in the unrealized section of future glasgow!

Page & park have never updated their website from the dawn of time, and never answer any emails so its hard to get any info from that mob.

But i do hear that CHQ has went back to the drawing board once again for minor adjustments, dont quote me on it but thats what i hear.

As for P&P's behive who knows if it will become reality??!! we can only live in hope.

To answer Zipper's original question it must be borne in mind that the original owner of he site who commissioned P/P has now sold it on to an Irish developer/investor who has already made enquiries to the relevant officials regarding "modifying the scheme".

It is probaly most unlikely that this will now be built to the original plans.

Bugger! another one bites the dust, I can see elpinstone place heading the same way just waiting for the dreaded "8ft dark blue plywood hoarding of doom" to be erected and for the site to lay vacant for the next 5 years, god I'm a cheery bastard.

Hehe - your clearly spending too much time on this forum - becoming one of us moaners :)

Cheers murdo, although the news hardly came as a surprise.... it's really disappointing that such an impressive scheme can just whittle away over the years (or even just months)...
