i think this was just a proposal; we do have an aquarium under construction in Lulu-Island (Pearl Island) so this could have been a proposal for that project.

And the aquarium in lulu island looks really cool.. I didn't know there was going to be one... This is exciting :)

The Aquarium was replaced by two 25 F towers :cry:

This is an old project called Al Mahar that was scraped, I hope it will be replaced by this one cos it's in the same area.
