the stars indicate that these ratings are for Beirut before the war and for Thailand before the coup.

It has been posted a while back, but I dont recall where...

ok, I remember that there was a reference to Beirut along with Dublin in an article, but I don't remember if the entire list was posted or not.

a coup doesn't really effect things outside of political office though.
It's not like there's bombings going on ( except from terrorist group that just bombed Bangkok recently )

the coup didnt affect the tourism much ^^ i knew alot of people who still traveling to Thailand at that time
