41C Stubbs Road is
a high-rise residential building located on a steeply sloping site on Mount Nicholson.
The project brief called for residences aimed at the top end of the Hong Kong market. The generosity of the space standards specified for the project permitted the adoption of a maisonette configuration for all units that is normally not economically realistic in Hong Kong.
The typical units each have a double height living room connected to two floors comprising the remainder of the maisonette. Upper floors are connected to the living room via internal staircases and feature 'minstrel's' galleries overlooking the main voided space.
The elevation of the superstructure on a podium car park that absorbs the fall in the site ensures that even the units on the lowest floors enjoy fine panoramic views.

7/10...Good colors, and I like the slimness. The shape is a bit weird, and too many details on the skyscraper IMO. The side view is great, but not the front view.

7.5/10 - The tower's slim enough to have good height, at least from some angles, and the curves are graceful. The apartments also seem like they're well planned.

But there's something about it - I'm not quite sure what - the facade just doesn't flow together somehow...even though there's nice contrast between the sections with windows and the sections of sheer wall, it needs something to organiza it...

It's slim, and soars well, but the design isn't particularly interesting.

In fact, maybe it's a bit TOO slim ... looks like it might fall over. :)

Eminem, eat your rap lables outside, because we got a new Slim Shady happen'n. The Summit? What name for a slim building...but hey, you know what it is for right? Set two round buildings or Epcot Centres around the Summit, and you will get magnificent. Too much finking, and now, with the elegent design of the windows and architecture, this building should be the called the sexscraper. Otherwise, I am just getting bored. 9/10.
