7/10 i find the antenna on the top not suitable to the rest of the building

this building has an awesome design, however it is a bit stumpy looking... if thise building were about 800 ft it would look a lot better. However its location makes it fit in well. 8.5/10

I expected alot more when I saw the impressions a long time ago. Its not bad at all, and maybe the best new skyscraper in NYC in years. I dislike the boxy windows more than I like the glass facade. nice try, and, every expressive tower, gets respect from me.

It's quite unique and the glass seems to be of high quality. It's so easy to make a building of this size boring, but this one succeeds in making an impact in a city that's filled with building's of this size. 7/10

these are very unflattering photos of this building. when i went to new york a few years ago this was one of my favourite new buildings.

i'd give it an 8. its not spectacular but its high quality and playful. fits in with times sq perfectly. i wish reuters would build something as adventurous for its london headquarters.

i'm envious :)

oddly this building design looks like it would be something from the 50's if they had the post-modern technology back then.

it's "okay" but i just don't like the bulky plastic trend in midtown, i really don't well as long as they keep it there in the area and i wouldn't mind the gummy plasticness if the buildings were more slender and jagged.
