I hope that Viet Nam can do better than China in its urban development and architecture. I am heartened by what some Vietnamese architects are doing here in Viet Nam. Many areas of Chinese cities have become vast wastelands of dull lifeless architecture and poor planning.

Viet Nam will have many cool new developments in the coming decade.

the model for Marriot hotel in hanoi is the ugliest thing ever, but if you were to look at it from the futuristic point of view, it's kind of cool
