It's a tower in Dundalk but it's for the city. Back River WasteWater Treatment Plant. It's a 350 foot tall tower/smoke stack.

Note: Some sizes on the diagram might not be accurate. For example, the WDS Building shouldn't be taller than Legg Mason.

Note 2: I think I fixed it but if I didn't please tell me. Thanks :D

yep, that's 10IH. but according to the people who are designing that building, the design is about to change significantly for the better, so i wouldn't get used to it.
