I saw the constructions for this project like 20 days ago.
they almost finished the exterior works..I didn't take pictures so,could someone help us with it?please.. :)

sorry that weekend was busy for me! and yes maybe they are now installing exterior glass!i will try to take a photos even if i don't have a time for it.

I wonder if that area can sustain two malls right next to each other like that.

I live right near there in District As-Salama.

frankly speaking...this "mall" embarasses me...

and unless the finished product looks any better...i'm sticking to that opinion :)

In western countries "china town" refers to a town where Chinese people live and conduct business. At first glance I thought that the Chinese people in Saudi would live there or something like that.

On a serious note, it's so unique that I haven't seen any other project with similar structural design. It's hard to decide whether something is good or bad just from the rendering. So, I will reserve my judgment till something tangible is created.

this (GOLD'S GYM) at the same street (Al Batarjee st)
and it has the same style (I mean the finishes).
also I remember there is a new building with the same finishes
few blocks to the west from the gym.who knows,
maybe they're trying to make that street look colorful:)

by the way the GOLDS GYM and this project are almost across the road from each other
